Nice to meet you
Supporting families with neurodiverse-affirming therapy for over 10 years
My life as an advocate
for neurodiversity and self-acceptance
Hello! I’m Erin Badduke, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) living in Sacramento with my partner and our silly labradoodle, Maple.
We love to camp, hike, explore, and play in nature. I’ve always loved family trips to the great outdoors, where everyone can relax and enjoy each other’s company by the campfire, or out fishing on the lake.
Early experiences like these helped inspire my work and passion, as several of my family members are neurodivergent.
Seeing the unique needs up-close and personal, I’m committed to fostering safety and acceptance for people on the spectrum.

Your partner in creating positive
change and growth
I attended UC Berkeley for my undergraduate studies, and have earned a Masters in Special Education at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Over the years, I’ve worked with all age groups – toddlers, grade schoolers, teens, and adults alike! I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, where families feel supported and individuals are celebrated for who they are. My approach is centered on empowering parents and learners with the tools they need to create positive change, while also ensuring that individuals feel safe, respected, and understood.
Neurodiverse-affirming care
At the heart of my work is the belief that every individual deserves acceptance and respect. I embrace each individual’s unique strengths and support their growth in a way that respects their autonomy. I practice assent-based therapy, where the individuals I work with are always given a voice in their therapeutic journey.
Family-centered approach
I work closely with parents and caregivers to align our goals and values. Together, we create an environment where everyone feels heard and supported. Whether it's guiding parents through behavior challenges or helping them create routines that promote growth, my goal is to provide the tools and strategies that make a real difference in your daily life.
Let's take the next step together
Connection is key, and I’d love to learn more about you and your family’s needs. Whether you’re just beginning or need continued support, please feel free to reach out to set up a no-obligation initial consultation call so we can get to know each other, and discuss next steps.
